Casas Novas comes alive with the second phase of the 26th Trophy

A Coruña, March 22, 2026

The Casas Novas Equestrian Center hosted this weekend the second phase of the 26th Casas Novas Trophy, with the participation of more than 200 horse and rider combinations, once again confirming the competition’s strong turnout.

Both pony and horse classes were held entirely in the indoor arena of the facilities, delivering an intense and dynamic schedule over the two days.

Following this second phase, the provisional standings of the trophy are led by Valentina Méndez with Black Widow in Ponies A; María González Blanco with Utika in Ponies B; Martina Cordero Fernández with Houla Hop La Briarde in Ponies C; and Adriana Reixa Cendame with Pedrito in Ponies D.

As for the open classes, the main results of the weekend were as follows:

Saturday
1.10 m - Lucía Moreira with Tullyoran Candy Ride
1.20 m - Gloria Hevia Gómez with Ustinov Coco

Sunday
1.10 m - Noa García Abeledo with Kora SS
1.20 m - Belén Rodríguez Suárez with Beauty Breaker

The final phase of the trophy will take place next October, once again at the Casas Novas facilities in A Coruña.
