Change of location of Madrid Horse Week within the IFEMA MADRID exhibition halls

14 Oct 2026

Madrid, 14 October 2026. The calling of the elections scheduled for 29 November, together with the requirements arising from the organisation of election day, means that Madrid Horse Week will take place this year in different exhibition halls from those originally planned at IFEMA MADRID.

Specifically, Mutua Madrid Horse Week will take place on its scheduled dates, from 26 to 29 November, in Halls 4 and 6 at IFEMA MADRID, with the stabling facilities located in Hall 2, instead of the originally designated Halls 12 and 14.

The three FEI World Cup competitions - Jumping, Dressage and Driving - will go ahead as planned. Despite the change of venue within IFEMA MADRID, the organisers will maintain the full standard and quality of the sporting programme, as well as the investment in competition and training arenas, grandstands, hospitality and visitor services.

Hall 6 will house the main arena, grandstands and hospitality areas; Hall 4 will accommodate the training arena and an adapted range of entertainment and food and beverage options; and Hall 2 will be dedicated to the stabling facilities for the nearly 300 participating horses. The existing standard of catering will also be maintained, including the UZALACAÍN offering by Íñigo Urrechu in the VIP areas. General admission visitors will enter through Hall 4.

However, the relocation means that the Horse Show cannot take place this year in its usual format or accommodate all exhibitors, as priority has had to be given to the three international competitions, horse welfare, safety and the quality of the sporting experience.
