The Prague Lions team, led by Mexican rider Fernando Martinez, takes home the Global Champions League of Mexico

Mexican rider Fernando Martínez and Belgian rider Thibeau Spits of the Prague Lions emerged as the winning team in the Global Champions League of Mexico. This duo completed all the qualifying rounds of the league with an impressive total score of just 4 points. Second place went to New York Empire, and third place to Monaco Aces.



Denis Lynch shines at Campo Marte by winning the GNP Trophy.

Irish rider Denis Lynch had a magnificent day by winning both CSI 5* events on Saturday. Lynch secured victory in the GNP Insurance Trophy by completing the fastest faultless round of the competition, marking an extraordinary time of 75.34 seconds. Lynch rode "Brooklyn Heights", the horse with which he secured second place in the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Mexico City in 2022. Second place went to German rider Richard Vogel and "Cepano Baloubet" with a time of 75.51 seconds. The third place was awarded to Swedish Olympic medalist Malin Baryard-Johnsson and her mare "H&M Indiana".



Historic tie in the Banorte Trophy: Ireland and the Netherlands share first place.

A total of 33 horse-rider pairs gathered to challenge the course designed by Canadian Peter Grant for the Banorte Trophy, judged as a CSI 5* speed competition with a height of 1.55m. Only eleven pairs managed to complete the course faultlessly.

It's usually very unlikely for two riders to achieve exactly the same time on a course; however, this happened in the Banorte Trophy. With a time of 75.59 seconds, first place was shared by Irish rider Denis Lynch and young Dutch rider Sanne Thijssen. Third place was secured by Mexican rider Fernando Martínez, completing his round in a time of 78.80 seconds.



Promise of Mexican equestrianism wins the Maestro Dobel Trophy.

A total of 60 riders participated in the Maestro Dobel Trophy, the final CSI 2* event at a height of 1.35m. The winner was determined in an exciting jump-off, where the top 12 pairs of the competition gave their all to claim victory.

The undeniable winner of the Maestro Dobel Trophy was a young promise of Mexican equestrianism, Isaac Parada Urtaza, riding "Vitot Kervec". This pair risked everything in the jump-off, achieving a faultless round with a very fast time of 40.21 seconds. Second place went to Mexican rider Lorenza Mena, who completed her jump-off with a faultless round and a time of 43.19 seconds. The third place was also secured by another Mexican rider, Emilio Salinas, who rode "Boomerang du Milon".
