The National Jumping League RFHE 2025 started in Valencia
22 Apr 2025The 2025 edition of the RFHE National Jumping League is already underway.
At the facilities of Moura Tours Valencia, the classes of the first of the eight venues that make up the circuit were held this weekend, with the participation of more than 400 horses.
The first of the two qualifying Grand Prix of the Valencian venue, the League Silver (heights of 1'40 meters), Securitas Direct Trophy, had a British triumph, starring the Spanish resident rider, Remy Ellis. She won with “Helsinki”, in a tiebreaker with eleven riders and four repeated the zero.
The British rider won with a time of 39'45 seconds, compared to the 39'66 of Pedro Fernando Mateos and “Flach Mouche”, who took second place. Third was Álvaro Sánchez-Arcilla with “Champ Blue”. The fourth double zero was obtained by the young rider from Madrid, Claudia Arango, with “Fortis du Rozel”. With these results of the Securitas Direct GP, Pedro Fernando Mateos is the first leader of the Silver League, since the general classification of the circuit is reserved for Spanish riders.
The Gold League, the Gran Premio Mouratours, had 31 entries and its course, with heights of 1'50 meters, was only beaten by two riders without fail. Salvador Astolfi Núñez with “Cisko du Mourau Z” and the British Remy Ellis, who rounded off her magnificent day at Mouratours Valencia, in this case, riding “Flinton Cn”.
At the gates of the tiebreaker was, with a point for exceeding the time allowed, Kevin González de Zárate with “Le Chiffre”.
In the barrage, the Sevillian Salvador Astolfi repeated the zero with a time of 45'41 that Remy Ellis could not beat, remaining in second place, just 16 hundredths of a second. Kevin González de Zárate, with his point in the initial round, climbed to the third step of the podium.
