Fantastic start to the 2024 National Show Jumping League at Moura Tours Valencia

Today marked the start of the second edition of the National Show Jumping League of the Spanish Equestrian Federation (RFHE) at Moura Tours Valencia. With over 300 horses stabled, the Valencia facilities become the epicenter of national equestrianism during these three days of competition.

The competition began with the dispute of the 1.30m Casas Novas Trophy, where Basque rider Pello Elorduy emerged victorious aboard 'Fastourel DOR.'

This was followed by the 1.45m class, where Madrid-based rider Pedro Mateos claimed victory in today's main event, the Volvo Trophy, riding 'Quizas CC.'

Finally, in the Horse 1 Trophy, a 1.35m class, Basque rider Pello Elorduy secured his second win of the day aboard 'FlonFlon.'

Tomorrow, the Solán de Cabras and Caser Grupo Helvetia Trophies will be contested, corresponding to the 1.40m and 1.45m events of the Silver and Gold Leagues
