Solidarity tickets for CSI Maeza 2025 are now on sale
2 Jun 2025The Finca Maeza Stud Farm is preparing to host, on July 4, 5 and 6, the fifth edition of the International Show Jumping Competition (CSI), an event that combines high-level sport, social commitment and privileged natural environment.
As in previous years, the CSI Maeza maintains its charitable nature, allocating the full proceeds of the entries to two social causes linked to the Cider Shire. In this edition, the beneficiary entities will be the Masquechuchos animal protection organization -with which we have been collaborating since 2023- and the Asturian Association of Equestrian Therapies.
This last entity has been working for more than 24 years with equine-assisted therapies for people with functional diversity. Their approach combines play and bonding with the animal as key tools for the physical, emotional, social and cognitive improvement of the students. Riding horses helps them gain self-esteem, develop motor coordination, strengthen communication and acquire learning skills that might otherwise be more complex. As a summary of its work, the Association argues that equestrian therapies are “much more than just riding a horse”.
Tickets can already be purchased through the official website of the event, www.csimaeza.com. Children under 12 years old will have free access, and from that age, the solidarity contribution will be € 8 per person. There will also be a ticket office at the entrance of the venue during the days of the competition.
On the sporting side, the CSI 3* will include a total of nine tests, three of them scoring for the Longines FEI Ranking, with heights ranging between 1.25m and 1.50m and more than 140,000 euros in prizes. In addition, two special trophies will be held: the Mancomunidad de la Sidra Trophy for the best Spanish rider of the Maeza Grand Prix, and the Sariego City Council Trophy for the best U-25 rider.
The event will be sponsored by Air Europa, and brands such as Grupo Eulen, CaixaBank, Oquendo, Ascor, Artiem, BMW Autosa and Sidra Foncueva will repeat their support. RTPA, ClipMyHorse.TV and Onda Cero will also join as media partners.
An unmissable event for horse lovers, which promises strong emotions in and out of the track, with the added value of collaborating with two projects that transform lives.
