Galician rider Diego Ramos has signed an outstanding performance at the CSIO Deauville (France), leaving excellent feelings ahead of his next international appointment: the CSI3* of Maeza.
On Thursday he competed with Hero in the 1.35m test, in which he finished with 4 points.
But one of the key moments of the competition came on Friday with the Nations Cup, where the Spanish team achieved a creditable second place, qualifying for the final to be held in Avenches (Switzerland) from 4 to 7 September. Ramos, along with Hero, played a decisive role, with rides of 0 and 4 points that contributed decisively to Spain being just three points away from victory.
In addition, Diego competed with Sure D'Elle Z, a mare recently incorporated to his stable, in two 1.40m classes: on Thursday he finished with 4 points and on Friday he signed a round without penalties, showing a very positive progression.
With these good results, Diego Ramos faces with optimism his next competition, the CSI3* of Maeza, which will take place from the 4th to the 6th of July. There he will compete with three horses from his stable: Encantado C'SG, Hero and Sure D'Elle Z.
