Forty riders participated in this class held under the A with time trial and jump off in which we have seen the 14 best riders of the first round. The Cantabrian rider Borja Villalón and his horse Baltazar D Z, first to enter the arena for the second time, set the bar very high. One after another, both riders and horses, have given their best to overcome the score of 40.58 seconds. Some, like the young Olivia Álvarez, succeeded, but at the cost of adding points to the final result, until finally it was Garmendia's turn. The veteran rider, two times Spanish Champion, is an unbeatable rider and he proved it with a clean ride and improving by almost two seconds to the rider Borja Villalón
The podium was completed by Carlos López Fanjul riding the young Opera de Sauco with a double clear round and a time of 41.48 seconds in the tiebreaker.
The trophy, created by sculptor José de la Riera exclusively for the CSI Maeza, was presented to the winner by the President of Suzuki Iberica, Juan López Frade.
