Madrid, 9 June 2026
Madrid will once again become the world capital of equestrian sport with the return of Madrid Horse Week, which will hold its next edition from 26 to 29 November 2026 in Halls 12 and 14 of IFEMA Madrid. Following a hiatus in 2025, Spain’s largest multidisciplinary equestrian event returns with renewed energy and exciting new sporting and entertainment features.
First held in 2012 and now firmly established as one of the leading events on the international equestrian calendar, the show will return in 2026 under the name Mutua Madrid Horse Week, thanks to the support of Mutua Madrileña as title sponsor.
The major sporting innovation for this edition will be the addition of a third FEI World Cup™ competition. Alongside the traditional FEI Jumping World Cup™ and FEI Dressage World Cup™, the event will now also host the FEI Driving World Cup™, further strengthening its unique multidisciplinary character within the international equestrian landscape.
In addition to the international 5* competition, Mutua Madrid Horse Week will also feature a parallel CSI for amateur riders and emerging show jumping talents, providing opportunities and visibility for the next generation of equestrian athletes.
Hall 14 will once again host the highly anticipated Horse Fair, a major meeting point for equestrian enthusiasts and industry professionals. Dozens of exhibitors specialising in equestrian products, technical equipment, riding apparel, accessories, horse nutrition and equine-related services will take centre stage, alongside lifestyle, gastronomy and family-oriented attractions. Visitors will also enjoy a continuous programme of equestrian demonstrations and performances in the Non-Stop Arena, designed for audiences of all ages.
In the main arena, some of the event’s most iconic and entertaining competitions and performances will return, including the Pony Turf by AON, the spectacular Six-Bar Competition, and the ever-popular Porsche Jump & Drive, one of the crowd’s favourite events.
The gastronomic offering will once again be one of the highlights of the show, with hospitality areas hosted by brands such as Estrella Damm, Rodilla, and Hamburguesa Nostra, ensuring visitors can enjoy a complete experience throughout the day. The exclusive VIP area will once again feature catering by UZALACAÍN, a benchmark in premium event gastronomy, and will also offer Virtus wines as part of its exclusive culinary experience.
Having welcomed more than 45,000 visitors, nearly 300 horses and over 40,000 square metres dedicated to the equestrian world in previous editions, Madrid Horse Week has established itself as one of Madrid’s leading sporting and leisure events, as well as an international reference point for horse enthusiasts and equestrian professionals alike.
Tickets for the 2026 edition will be available from 1 October 2026 through the event’s official website: madridhorseweek.com.
