On Friday, September 6, the competition of the Global Champions League started again after a month break, and Eduardo Álvarez Aznar, with his team partner, the Irish Mark Mcauley, were chosen to inaugurate the sixteenth event of the calendar. Only three teams managed to finish with two clear rounds and, Madrid in Motion, was one of them. The riders and their horses Rokfeller de Pleville and Valentino Tuiliere made two fantastic rounds, key to face the decisive day.
With only three events left before the Prague PlayOffs, the team needed to gain points to climb positions in a ranking in which it occupied the seventh position. It was complicated, but Madrid in Motion always surprises. Although both pairs have finished their rounds with 4 points today in the second qualifying, no team has managed to finish without faults which has allowed the team to placed second behind the Prague Lions. This result has had a positive impact on the global ranking allowing the team to win two positions and accumulate 25 points, thus placing them fifth in the ranking and only 7 points from the fourth place, the Miami Celtics.
Next weekend, Pampelone beach in St Tropez will host the last European event before Prague. A challenge for Madrid in Motion that will face it with the maximum of ambitions.
