He came, he saw, he conquered. The rider from Madrid joined this Saturday the list of participants of this first CSI Maeza and he did it in the best way, leading the main class of the day, the Caixabank Trophy.
In sixteenth position Alejandro came out to the arena with Baby Boy du Murger, his 10 year old French rider, a moment that was a turning point in the competition, projecting the Madrid rider as the undisputed leader with an unreachable time of 55,50 seconds. Jesús Bamonde, who looked very comfortable on the arena with Caporal D'Elle, was very close, a few hundredths of a second behind with 55.78 seconds, occupying the second position in the classification. No other pair managed to get close in time to the two best of the forty riders on the arena. In 58.01 finished the third classified, the young Alex Codina, the class disputed under fault and time table.
