Pilar Cordón joins the Riyadh Knights for the second half of the Global Champions League season

Spanish rider Pilar Cordón will join the Riyadh Knights for the second half of the Global Champions League season, strengthening one of the most competitive teams on the international circuit.

Cordón joins the team alongside Belgian rider Gudrun Patteet, with the pair replacing Mathijs van Asten and Rodrigo Almeida for the decisive second half of the season. She will line up alongside some of the sport's leading international riders, including Cian O'Connor, Emanuele Gaudiano, Olivier Perreau and Tom Wachman.

The Spanish rider is currently enjoying an excellent run of form following her return to Spain. With a stable featuring exciting horses such as Pica Pica and Action Grace, Pilar continues to establish herself as one of the leading names in Spanish and international show jumping. Her arrival at the Riyadh Knights will bring valuable experience and consistency to the team in the Global Champions League, while also expanding her presence across the remaining Longines Global Champions Tour venues throughout the rest of the season.
