Longines Global Champions Tour Mexico 2026, presented by GNP Mexico Jumping, celebrating 10 years of history and competition at Campo Marte
14 Apr 2026Mexico City, April 14, 2026. The Longines Global Champions Tour Mexico, presented by GNP Mexico Jumping, will take place from April 16 to 19 at Campo Marte, consolidating its position as one of the key stops on the international circuit and the only event in Latin America.
In this edition, which marks its 10th anniversary, more than 100 riders from over 20 nations will compete alongside a total of 234 horses. The entry list features leading names from the world rankings, including Ben Maher, Gilles Thomas, Simon Delestre, Max Kühner, Abdel Said or Christian Kukuk, among others.
The sporting program includes CSI 5* competitions, featuring a prize fund of €800,000, as well as CSI 2* classes with over €125,000 in prize money. As part of the CSI 5*, the Global Champions League (GCL) team competition will take place on Friday, while the highlight of the weekend will be the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Mexico, presented by GNP Seguros, on Sunday, with fences up to 1.60m and a prize fund of €437,200.
Mexico will be represented by leading riders such as Carlos Hank, Andrés Azcárraga, Eugenio Garza, Federico Fernández, Patricio Pasquel, Nicolás Pizarro and José Antonio Chedraui, among others.
The official presentation of the event featured Jan Tops, Founder and President of the Longines Global Champions Tour; Francisco Pasquel, Event Director in Mexico; Juan Manuel Cossio, President of the Mexican Equestrian Federation; Rafael David Faes, International Director of the Mexican Equestrian Federation; rider Jessica Mendoza (GBR) ; and Olympic rider Nicolás Pizarro (MEX).

Beyond sport, the event will offer a comprehensive experience featuring cultural, artistic and gastronomic proposals that celebrate the richness of Mexico, including exhibitions, performances and special activations throughout the weekend.
This year also welcomes Years of Culture, a global initiative led by Qatar that promotes cultural exchange between nations. This collaboration will be present at key destinations such as Mexico City, Cairo and Rabat, positioning equestrian sport as a platform for cultural connection. In Mexico, it forms part of the Qatar, Canada and Mexico 2026 Year of Culture programme, strengthening international ties through shared experiences.
