Oxer organizes an annual official dinner to honor of the best personalities within the equestrian world. In 2009, H.R.H. The Infanta Dª Pilar de Borbón received the Oxer Award during the Gala Dinner of the Grand Prix of Spain in Valencia.

In 2010, the Oxer Award was given to H.H. Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Leon Melchior, horse breeder, sponsor and who has developed one of the most prestigious studbooks of the globe, was the winner in 2011. His daughter, Judy Ann, accepted the award on his behalf.
