The Spanish venue of the Global Champions Tour was presented in the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, where the competition will again be held from the 6th – 8th of May.

On hand to participate in the official presentation to the media were the Director of the City of Arts and Sciences, Pedro García Ribot; the Councillor of Sports of the Valencia City Hall, Cristóbal Grau; the Director of the Valencia Area from Banco Sabadell, Ramón Reche; the Olympic rider Cayetano Martínez de Irujo; and the CEO of Oxer Sport, Álvaro Arrieta.

For the third year in a row, in front of the spectacular Principe Felipe Museum, the best riders of the world will compete in the Spanish edition of the Global Champions Tour, the equestrian circuit considered the Formula 1 within the equestrian sport. The warm reception of the citizens of Valencia, the striking stage for the event and the all the conveniences the city has to offer will again be the keys to the success of this event. Last year’s registration was the highest ever and for this upcoming edition, Cayetano Martínez de Irujo has confirmed the participation of 30 of the 33 highest ranking international riders.
