The 22nd edition of the CSI 4* of A Coruña is going to welcome the best riders of the world, including the German rider Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum. About 170 horses will compete in nine classes between the 29th and 31st of July.

One of the best riders of the world, Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum, is coming back to Casas Novas. The German rider (even if she was born in America), is going to compete at CSI 4* of A Coruña, six years after her last participation at this show.

Michaels-Beerbaum, who is at the moment nº 14 in the FEI ranking, is actually world champion since she was part of the German Team at the World Equestrian Games last year in Kentucky (United States of America). Moreover, she won three times (including two in a row) the World Cup final: in 2005, 2008 and 2009.

ONE OF THE MOST OUTSTANDING EVENTS
The whole organization team is getting everything ready at the Casas Novas Equestrian Center to celebrate the 22nd edition of the CSI 4* of A Coruña, which is going to take place next week-end.

The outdoor arena is going to be the principal setting of the show during these three days. The main class, the Grand Prix Telefónica (Two Rounds) is scheduled on Saturday the 30th at 6 p.m. The Swiss Pius Schwizer is the last winner of Casas Novas Grand Prix, in December. Schwizer already won in 2007, the winter edition as well. He is for sure going to do his best to finally win the Grand Prix of the summer edition.

As soon as next Monday, some of the 170 horses competing from july the 29th to july the 31st , will arrive.
