SPAINS ÁLVAREZ MOYA AND GARCÍA ROQUE SCORE THE FIRST VICTORIES OF THE DAY

The Eroski Center Trophy the first of today went to Spains Ismael G.Roque and his bay gelding andor whilst Álvarez Moya on his brown gelding Sirius took the first place in the CSI 5* ADT Trophy after snatching the victory from the French Rozier and Bost after a very tight competition.
Ismael García Roque on Andor walks away with the first trophy of the day, the 2* Eroski Trophy, the fifth for the Spanish riders so far.
Ismael, the penultimate rider to enter the arena, snatched the first prize off the Belgian Thierry Goffinet who riding Pilgrim De La Roque, a Bay Mare, had been leading the competition until then.
In the end García Roque on Andor finished first in 28,53 seconds, followed by Thierry Goffinet on Pilgrim De La Roque in 29,13 seconds. The third prize went to another Spaniard, Gonzalo Añon Suárez on Upaya (29.42 seconds), and in fourth and fifth places were Jos Verlooy from Belgium on Wamira (30,73 seconds) and the BelorussianVasil Ivanou on Lodonkor (32,51 seconds).
Sergio Álvarez Moya on Sirius made the second win of the day for Spain in 27,62 seconds and took the victory from the previous leader French Philippe Rozier whom on Akita ended in third place in 27,74 seconds.
The last surprise of the competition came in the hand of Benas Gutkauskas on Lifou, who after a reluctant start on behalf of the animal flew over the course and made it to second place in 27.71 seconds. The fourth and fifth places went to Roger-Yves Bost from France who riding Castle Forbes Cosma completed the course in 27,84 seconds and Pedro Veniss from Brazil on Norlan Des Etisses in 28,76 seconds.
