Frank Rothenberger will be the Toscana Tour 2010 Course Designer Responsible.
The agreement follows the partnership with CARO and enriches the relation between OXER and the German Course Designer, which will be charged of the responsibility to create a great CD group for the event in order to assure the right level of courses and guarantees riders and horses’ preparation.
Fran Rothenberger will be also the course designer of the last week of the event including the Final “Best of Toscana Tour 2010”
