Irish Denis Lynch and American Lauren Hough have completed the podium in an exciting closing class.
Intense competition lived this afternoon at the City of Arts and Sciences that closed the event.
Irish Jessica Kürten finished in a record time of 37.58 seconds riding Castle Forbes Cosma. The public has enjoyed a wonderful show offered by the champion of the 2008 Global Champions Tour and winner of two of the venues of this year’s World Cup. Totally recovered from an injury that prevented her from participating in the World Cup’s final, Jessica Kúrten took the absolute win. “I am thrilled to win in Valencia because it is a magnificent venue and a city which I adore” – She stated after the award ceremony.
Her fellow countryman, Irish Denis Lynch, placed second riding La Croix 9 and putting in a time of 37.90 seconds, followed by Lauren Hough on Casaradora in 39.01 seconds.
HAMBURG, THE NEXT VENUE
The city of Hamburg is the next venue of the Global Champions Tour that will take place from the 13th to the 16th of May.
At the venue of Valencia has started the 5th edition of the competition, which goes around nine countries, ending in Brazil in August.
