A Coruña Grand Prix is one of the most charismatic competitions of the CSI of Casas Novas. 37 ensembles were participating in this competition with obstacles of 1,50 metres, although only XX were able to have access to the jump-off final phase.
The second classified was the ensemble formed by Laura Renwick –who has won two of the most important competitions in the CSI of Toledo- and Rollercoaster. She finished the jump-off at a time-mark of 41,42 seconds. Third position was for another horsewoman Jessica Siuda, who rode Unbelievable 5 in a clear round time of 43,02 seconds. The Brazilian rider Pedro Veniss and Lester Vador obtained the fourth position in a clear round in only 44,76 seconds. Fifth position was for Spanish Pedro Antonio Mateos Bernáldez and his horse Bolleke Van Theike that finished the jump-off in 45,61 seconds.

This athlete, subchampion of the European Championship for teams, said that in this occasion he was “luckier than on Saturday” when he participated in the Telefónica Grand Prix. “In the last obstacle we were about to make a fault, but eventually we were lucky and could finish in a clear round”, remarked García.
