Michel Robert closes this winter edition of the CSI A Coruña competition winning the GP Ayuntamiento de A Coruña.

The French rider and his mare Kellemoi de Pepita finished in first place after completing a tight, faultless winning round of the GP Ayto. De A Coruña in 41.90 seconds.

Tonight’s other winners were: in second place Matt Williams and Urleven Van De Helle, Australia 49.18 seconds and no faults, in third place Leon Thijssen from the Netherlands and his stallion Tyson, 41.25 seconds and 4 faults, also from the Netherlands Wout Van Der Schans and Pilot with 4 points and 42.33 seconds and in fifth place Gerco Schröder riding Eurocommerce London, 42.42 seconds and 4 penalties.

In later declarations Mr Michel Robert pointed out that his main recommendation to younger riders was to persevere, giving as an example his poor results the previous day when he almost fell off his horse in contrast with his magnificent delivery tonight.
